Meet the 2024 Pilot Program Finalists

The UC Office of Research’s Pilot Program is designed to seed fund highly competitive and collaborative, interdisciplinary research teams who endeavor to seek major external funding to take it to the next level. Each year, following a two-stage application and evaluation process, up to eight $25,000 general pilot grants are awarded. Additionally, there are now two new tracks to this program, each of which will be funding up to two $25,000 grants specific to international research and space research. All awardees are expected to be announced the week of March 4, 2024.
